Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled Cell Lead Manager to oversee the daily operations of our production cell in LIMA, Malvar, Batangas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal utilization of production capacity, maintaining high-quality products, and promoting a culture of safety within the work cell.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of 24/7 Safety, Quality, Delivery & Productivity area results
  • Responsible for building team capability through active coaching of the cell line pair leader and definition of training requirements of the line team
  • Participate in key planned activities to role model and coach teams and drive/lead improvement plans for area
  • Manage and inspire the cell team's performance and career, driving their retention and commitment

Requirements:
  • Technical, engineering, mechanical, electrical education
  • Knowledge of technical and technological issues
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in an international company
  • Experience with managing technicians & operators, and able to come up with solutions for production processes optimization and establishment
  • Administrative and team management skills
  • Proficient in English language both oral and written communication
  • Computer skills (Ms Office)
