Senior Project Manager

At TE Connectivity, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Connector Assembly projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
• Develop and manage project budgets, including capital and expense spending plans.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve future project performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Connector Assembly or related industry.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Intermediate knowledge of process transfer or knowledge transfer in connector assembly manufacturing processes.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification.
• Team leading experience.
