**Job Overview**
Citi is a leading global bank dedicated to serving the needs of our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Manage the generation of internal, international, and external employment agreement letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Collaborate with the training and mentoring of new hires to ensure seamless onboarding;
- Utilize business acumen to identify issues, problems, and opportunities, recommending actions to improve existing practices;
- Act as a change agent, driving process improvements and enhancements across the organization;
- Support the Talent Acquisition Team through ad hoc support and expectations, including recruiting event participation, site-specific reporting activities, and forms completion;
- Manage ad hoc projects with HRSS Business Analysts and Recruiting teams, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- English language proficiency: intermediate level;
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred;
- Strong customer focus, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail;
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners;
- Ability to execute quickly and efficiently, with a strong sense of urgency;
- Highly organized, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to multitask;
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and agile mindset to adapt to changing priorities;
- Good judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion;
- Team-oriented, with the ability to flex in support of timelines and deliverables.
**Desirable Knowledge/Skills**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience;
- 2+ years of experience in Recruiting/Staffing/Human Resources;
- 2+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking System or HRIS;
- Knowledge and prior experience with Human Resources policies and practices.
