We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee our Cloud Operations team, ensuring seamless performance and swift incident resolution. As a key member of our Rapid Response Team, you will provide strategic direction, foster collaboration, and drive process improvements across our global teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement effective cloud operations strategies to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

- Collaborate with RRT Peers globally to design coverage models, training plans, and delivery methods that meet our high standards.

- Partner with Problem Management and other Teams within the Splunk Ecosystem to identify opportunities for automation, reducing repeatable risk for customers and teams.

- Work closely with various groups in Cloud Operations to drive efficiencies, monitor runbooks, and track alert metrics.

- Represent the Rapid Response Team in meetings, recommending new procedures and processes to enhance team performance.

- Act as a Liaison between monitoring teams, Global Support, and leadership, facilitating knowledge transfers and process improvements.

- Monitor team performance, providing training and development opportunities, upskilling, tracking performance, and adhering to quarterly training plans.

- Provide updates to Executive leadership teams, participate in post-incident reviews, and ensure action plans are followed through.

**Requirements:**

- 2-4 years of hands-on management experience in technical support, cloud operations, or similar incident/escalation roles.

- Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Strong understanding of Cloud Services, such as AWS, Azure, GCP.

- Experience working with frameworks like ITSM, ITIL, DevOps, etc.

- Systems Administration or Technical Operations expertise.

- Calm and collected under pressure, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
