Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Techncial Support Senior Associate to join our team in Heredia. As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge articles and end-user training guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Solid knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc).
- Proficient in Windows operating system environment.
- Knowledge of customer service.
- Flexibility to work in different work shifts.
