Overview:

As a Technical Support Specialist at Auxis, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex technical issues. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch support services to our clients, and we are seeking a talented professional to join our ranks.

Job Description:

Our Technical Support Specialists are responsible for managing and prioritizing multiple incidents, requests, problems, and knowledge base articles efficiently. They provide exceptional customer service, resolve technical issues promptly, and maintain accurate records and documentation. Our team members are also expected to recommend process improvements and modifications to enhance incident resolution capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking individuals with excellent English-Spanish language proficiency (B2+ or higher) for oral and written communication. A minimum of 1-2 years of technical support experience, with a strong foundation in IT frameworks like ITIL, is also required. Proficiency in Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, VPN, network-shared printers, and drives is essential. Additionally, our ideal candidate will be able to work flexible schedules based on account needs and demands, possess a High School diploma, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
