Job Description
  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce CRM environment.
  • Develop and implement enhancements to system workflows and objects.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the CRM system and quality assure their resolution.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of defects along with new development requests.
  • Draft and maintain guides for CRM usage and system management.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and automation that improve servicing of clients.
  • Drive initiatives that improve the sales experience and maximize performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience administering and customizing Salesforce CRM system (2+ years preferred).
  • Salesforce Administrator Certified.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, objects, and workflows.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies with Jira and Confluence.
  • Proficient in SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Adept at intaking sometimes vague requirements and turning them into practical solutions.
  • Expert in driving results through meticulous planning and execution.
  • Prior experience building business solutions in Salesforce, SharePoint or Excel.
  • Experience with Ajax or the Lightning Framework it a big plus.
