About Our TeamOur team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica provides support in multiple languages, including English, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, and Mandarin. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and strive to educate our vendors to reduce the chargeback flow. If you are a detail-oriented and analytical individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Occasionally meet with our Amazon vendors, stakeholders, and customers via virtual meetings and/or calls.
- Execute the end-to-end processes and tools related to the daily investigation tasks.
- Analysis and investigation of vendor chargeback disputes.
- Ensure that these have been responded and processed correctly.
- This is a full-time, permanent position.
- University bachelor's degree in process or concluded in any field.
- Working experience in peer coaching, mentoring, and/or training.
