Cloud Communications Technical Lead

We are looking for a talented Cloud Communications Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technical leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our cloud communications and managed connectivity solutions. This includes contributing to the preparation of our technical development plan and standard, checking the quality of software output produced by the team, and managing team and individual projects.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on development experience with the ASP.NET framework, 2+ years of experience as a manager of a software development team, and a solid understanding of ADO.NET. They will also be proficient in Transaction-SQL, data structures, tables, indexes, and writing queries. Experience with SP, SSIS, HTML, CSS, REST, and SOAP APIs is highly desirable.
In this role, you will work closely with our Product and Project Management teams to design and deliver new product features or updates to existing products. You will also assist management and users in researching and evaluating software products and provide escalation support to users.
