Job Overview
SoftwareONE is a global leader in software licensing and cloud solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Cloud Services Technician to join our team.
About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent role that can be performed remotely. As an Associate Cloud Services Technician, you will be responsible for providing 24x7 technical support to our customers' cloud services. You will operate under pressure to isolate problems affecting customer systems and use your technical knowledge and experience to resolve incidents or service requests.
You will work in a fast-paced environment supporting SoftwareONE customers around the world. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7 technical support to customers' cloud services
- Isolate problems affecting customer systems and resolve incidents or service requests
- Work in a fast-paced environment supporting SoftwareONE customers around the world
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Electronics and Telecommunications or Information Technology
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
