**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Costa Rica. In this role, you will be responsible for researching new markets, building a pipeline of potential leads, and nurturing relationships with potential customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the face of the company, engaging with potential customers and providing exceptional customer service.
- Nurture relationships with potential customers to build trust and establish long-term partnerships.
- Book demos with qualified leads for our Account Executive team, driving sales and revenue growth.
**Requirements**
- No high school diploma required; however, a strong work ethic and determination are essential.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1 level).
- At least one year of experience in a call center or sales environment.
- Proven track record in new business generation, real estate, or recruitment roles.
- Cold calling experience and ability to thrive in a quota-driven environment with short sales cycles.
