Key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing the Learning Strategy and building processes to ensure timely investments

- Guiding annual GTM planning process, including FY and long-range modeling, Return on Investment analysis, HC planning, capacity setting
- Designing and managing headcount forecasting process, including FY, long-range, and quarterly modeling
- Leading executive analyses, strategies, and deliverables, such as QBRs
- Promoting Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark
- Providing visibility and performance tracking to the business, including business reviews, productivity indicators, dashboards
- Maintaining and developing our data and reporting foundation
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working collaboratively across functions and a fondness for customer service, patience, and humility in a fast-paced growth business.
