Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Management Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for developing an understanding of the end-to-end credit rating process and documentation involved. This includes performing monthly completeness checks, building and providing reporting on team and individual activities, and serving as a senior team member to provide mentorship and training to junior colleagues.

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the credit rating process and related documentation
  • Perform regular completeness checks to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Create and distribute reports on team and individual performance
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
  • Participate in projects as assigned by management

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (a plus)
  • Related experience in the financial industry (a plus)
  • 2-3 years of professional work experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and efficient with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines

 

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
