Delivery Hero cotiza en la Bolsa de Frankfurt desde 2017 y forma parte del índice bursátil MDAX.Descripción del empleoEntender el comportamiento de nuestros partners para poder darles apoyo en función de sus necesidades.Levantar información y requerimientos que puedan tener nuestros partners a partir de distintos métodos: Llamadas, terreno, asesoramiento en línea, etc.
Seguimiento de performance y análisis de resultados de los locales para buscar oportunidades de mejora de sus indicadores comerciales.Gestionar y actualizar catálogos de productos, oferta disponible, cambios horarios, perfiles y asesoramiento comercial para mantener el buen servicio y experiencia del usuario de la App.Generar contacto y optimizar la relación comercial rentabilizando la categoría.
Capacitación al partner en el uso de las herramientas de la App y otros portales.Hacer seguimiento constante de indicadores operativos/comerciales con el fin de asegurar la calidad y continuidad del local en la plataforma.Armar estrategia comercial en función del crecimiento exponencial de la categoría y mejora constante en la experiencia percibida por el usuarioGestión del presupuesto asignado para campañas cofinanciadas.RequisitosFormación en carreras como Ingeniería comercial, Administración de empresas o carrera afín.Experiencia previa en roles comerciales similares.Experiencia manejando o haciendo seguimiento a carteras de clientes.Manejo avanzado de Excel y/o Google Workspace.
