Join our Screening Services team in our Shared Services Hub located in Prague, which supports background and medical checks in Amazon across EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Countries.
As a member of Amazon's Screening Services team, the Process Specialist and QA will support operational HR Service Delivery programs.
They will report on key drivers of our businesses, interacting with Program Management, Compliance, business leaders, and vendors, taking disparate data to make it actionable, and driving special projects designed to maximize efficiency, increase production and maintain compliance.
Key job responsibilities
- Project management of HR Shared Services Programs
- Design, implementation, and improvement of key pre-hire processes, including Quality assurance and training programs.
- Stakeholder management, working with a range of teams including internal customers, vendors, compliance teams, and talent acquisition teams
- Writing business documents including SOPs, process maps, business narratives and project status reports
- Resolving key escalations that are a result of process design
- Business analysis to identify defect trends and process friction points
- Perform case by case audits and high level monitoring of service health
- Design and delivery of training and coaching to improve process knowledge
- Thorough command of HR processes
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate business problems and solutions to senior leaders.
- Leadership in issue resolution in a deadline driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionality with HR business and technical teams.
- Established record of project delivery as project manager.
- Comfort/experience communicating and influencing across job levels with both internal and external partners.
