Overview:
We’re searching for an experienced Global Process Excellence Lead to create transformative, comprehensive, and self-sustaining operational excellence capabilities within the business to reduce cost, remove complexity, increase flexibility, and improve compliance.

As an integral part of the Business Excellence & Transformation unit, you’ll work in close collaboration with functional leaders across the organization. The role will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and implementing initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and customer experience, and reducing costs and complexity. The position will require the ability to support process technology and execution strategies, embrace transformation trends and lead a high-performing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct the Process Excellence Partner Team to collaborate and engage business leaders, and work with teams and stakeholders to support the execution of operational process improvement and optimization, continuous improvement plans, and global projects (improvements, long-range plans, etc.).
- Champion and foster a consistent, data-driven, continuous improvement mindset throughout all the departments and employees. Clearly communicate the vision and translate it with the strategy and tactics necessary to drive improved results.
- In partnership with key stakeholders, support the development, deployment, measurement, and communication of related transformative programs across Tek’s operations cross-functions.
- Set the culture for strong partnerships and “winning together” across your organization, leading by example.
- Recruit, train, and develop a collaborative Process Excellence Partner to achieve these objectives. Ensure team members have sufficient operational knowledge so these roles are potential career paths both into and out of the operation.
- Continually challenge the status quo and persistently dig for improvement opportunities and lead/develop the team to do the same.
- Establish a passion for operational excellence within operations programs, with a focus on Business Transformation. Recognize and celebrate performance and business successes.
- Identify and capture business needs/opportunities through communication with stakeholders.
- Drive innovation in areas like system, process, and technology improvements.
- Recognize operational issues/challenges and recommend pragmatic solutions.
- Manage large and complex programs that will accelerate operational, productivity, and customer experience improvements across the organization.
- Present and communicate effectively meeting the needs of stakeholders within the organization, including the executive management team.
- Promote the value of operational excellence across the organization and create demand for the benefits of this discipline within key functions.
- Have a strong understanding of, and aptitude for contingency planning, change management, and communication to successfully navigate desired outcomes with mínimal impact on ongoing business objectives.
- Set direction and provide frameworks through which operational objectives can be delivered.
- Support functional areas in facilitating the identification, implementation, and tracking of company-wide business process operations and customer programs.
- Benchmark internally and externally. Be familiar with and drive the organization toward standards that exceed recognized industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with an emphasis on Information Technology, Business Management
- 10+ years of work-related experience required. 5+ years of leadership and people management experience.
- Experience in Business Transformation, Business Operations & Excellence functions in a similar capacity or role.
- Solid knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including Customer Service
- Six Sigma/Lean/Continuous Improvement/ISO or related qualifications is required.
- Green/Black Belt or Lean Leader certification is a must.
- Business Process Management Experience - Optimization and Improvement.
- Program/Project Management experience managing in a large complex, cross-functional environment.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels with clarity.
