Operation Excellence and Service Delivery Lead (REMOTE)_

_Operation Excellence and Service Delivery Lead_
- (Remote), you will drive process simplification, automation_ and innovation in alignment with Global Functions and the business, ensuring successful implementation
Essential Job Functions:
- Create strong business partnering with Global Procurement and the Business in general
- SAP Procurement processes (MM Module - PR to PO)
- Global Procurement policy design and implementation
- GBS initiatives (e.g. process innovation, technology assessments),
- Corporate projects (e.g. S/4 Hana)
- Business requests (e.g. set-up of new entities)
- Manage and drive key performance indicators and retained organization, perform benchmarking with industry (KPIs, innovation)
- Support P2P operational matters, working closely with BPO partner and country organizations with complex issue resolution in S2P area
- Act as a key member for global and high impact strategic projects driven by Global Process Owner organization
- Identify and support process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives in P2P processes to support high quality service delivery from BPO partner
- Drive culture of continuous improvement through best practice sharing and visible hands-on leadership
- Provide structured trainings to ensure new processes and tools are implemented globally
- Develop and provide right metrics to measure process quality and productivity for key initiatives; provide meaningful feedback to key stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-5 years working with SAP or ERP with 5-7 years of related business experience required
- Must be fluent in English
- Global procurement experience highly preferred
- Ability to do project based work as needed
