As our Project Coordination Assistant , you'll oversee self-storage auctions, ensuring flawless execution and legal compliance across our portfolio.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Partner with District Managers to ensure delinquent tenant processes follow state lien laws and company procedures.
Verify and manage Notice of Sale documents, auction ads, and auction postings for accuracy.
Manually add eligible tenant units to StorEDGE and audit auction documents to uphold compliance.
Manage online listings via Storage Treasures , ensuring units are properly prepared for public auction.
Communicate transparently and proactively with District Managers to keep them informed of auction status.
Complete Delinquent Tenant Management (DTM) forms, ensuring all legal standards are satisfied pre-auction.
Support broader operational initiatives by tackling assigned tasks and special projects efficiently.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Proven experience in project coordination or administrative roles , with strong attention to detail.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Master of prioritization with a track record for meeting deadlines in fast-paced settings.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and adaptable to project management tools.
Ability to work independently while thriving as a collaborative team player .
Skilled in managing, tracking, and auditing tasks across various platforms.
