The Role of Project Assistant

This critical role plays a pivotal part in our organization's success, requiring exceptional follow-up, coordination, and communication skills to drive project execution forward. The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers and team members to plan, execute, and monitor projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating project schedules, timelines, and budgets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
  • Conduct research and gather information to support project decision-making
  • Assist in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions
  • Communicate project updates and milestones to team members and stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling and correspondence

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work well under pressure

Contract Details

Duration: At least 3 months and can be extended depending on performance
Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation: $800 - $1,400 USD/month
