Job DescriptionThe primary duties of the Project Administrator include:
- Extracting information from Oracle and Clarity systems to support project invoicing and revenue recognition;
- Managing project costs by controlling daily transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies;
- Coordinating with customers to receive purchase orders and ensure timely payment;
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of project closing documents in Oracle;
- Providing resource level information to local Resource Managers on resource planning and allocation;
- Supporting project planning and scheduling activities using data from various levels of the business;
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution;
- Experience working with complex data sets in data warehouse environments;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of management and associates;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with experience in Access and SharePoint being a plus;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues promptly;
- Familiarity with Oracle Business System, Clarity, MS Project, or similar software;
