**Job Title: General Project Assistant**
The Project Assistant will be a driving force within our organization, pivotal in orchestrating seamless project execution across our company group.
This role requires exceptional follow-up, coordination, and communication skills to ensure daily progress, meet project timelines, and maintain budgetary constraints.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Assist in creating project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Conduct research and gather information to support project decision-making.
- Assist in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to team members and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling and correspondence.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work well under pressure.
- Prior experience in project management or coordination is a plus.
**Contract Details**:
- Duration: At least 3 months and can be extended depending on performance
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Compensation: $800 - $1,400 USD/month
- Location: Escazu
