- Utilizing consultative selling techniques to present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the customer's needs and expectations
- Demonstrating persistence, overcoming objections, and striving to improve your skills and sales performance
- Effectively communicating and building relationships with customers to provide a world-class customer experience
- Consistently reaching monthly, quarterly, and annual Retainer and Aligner Sales objectives
- Effectively executing the entire Retainer and Aligner sale approach from opening to close

Qualifications:
**It will really make us smile if you have**
- French proficiency (intermediate to advanced) required.
- English proficiency B2+ (Written and Speaking) required.
- A self-starter personality that can thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing start-up company.
- Sales and/or customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree, highly desirable
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both oral and written
- Proficient typing and computer skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Smart, energetic, kind, sincere, patient and adaptable
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, Saturdays and occasional holidays
