Resumen:
**¿Cuál es el rol?
**

Responsable de gestionar la base y ejecutar los modelos de gestión del parque postpago, para promover a través de campañas de comunicación por diferentes canales de contactación, las Renovaciones, Migraciones de Prepago a Postpago, Upsell, Crossell, y adquisición de segundas líneas.
**Responsabilidades**:
**_ ¿Cómo agregas valor?_**
- Ejecución y seguimiento del modelo de gestión de parque postpago.
- Implementación y propuesta de mejora a los modelos conforme a resultados.
- Seguimiento a los resultados de las campañas de gestión de parque postpago para encontrar eficiencias o mejoras a la conversión de las mismas.
- Mejora en la segmentación de clientes para incrementar la generación de leads en el incentivo de productos.
- Aplicación de experiência de cliente en el funnel de compra, análisis de la efectividad y productividad por producto y canal.
- Constante comunicación con los gestores de contenido digital y coordinación entre los distintos departamentos de trabajo.
- Verificar el correcto funcionamiento y experiência de usuario de los canales de comercialización de cada producto.
- Analizar la usabilidad de las Página Web destino para cada una de las campañas de incentivos, coordinar A/B testing, proponer mejoras a sitios web de productos existentes.
- Buscar nuevos medios y tecnologías que nos ayuden a ser más eficientes en la consecución de transacciones en la web.
- Aplicación de Beneficios y descuentos de acuerdo a promociones y campañas estacionales.
- Implementación de cambio de precios de terminales en sistemas y comunicación a los diferentes canales de venta.
- Solicitud de creación de artes de comunicación para mejora del journey del cliente (bienvenida, postventa, cambios en oferta)
- Búsqueda de mejora continua, a través de la solicitud e implementación de nuevos canales de contactación, herramientas que permitan mejorar el proceso de postventa.
- Cualquier otra función afín requerida por necesidad de la empresa, derivada de cambios en las operaciones de negocio.
Calificaciones:
**¿Qué necesitas?
**
- Estudiante con al menos 75% de la carrera o Bachillerato en Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo o afines.
- 1 año de experiência en roles de analítica de datos, deseable en el área comercial.
- Dominio avanzado de Excel.
- Capacidad de análisis.
