**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The GBS Workforce Management Americas team is looking for people interested in developing a career in a great environment providing support to peers, working with IBM tools to keep systems updated accurately and timely.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- English: Advance both spoken & written
- Advanced studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems or any related field.
- Time Management and Prioritization skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic Excel knowledge
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience in Customer Service Roles or administrative support.
- Microsoft Office
