**
**(Objetivo)**
El Analista Operaciones de RH tiene como objetivo proveer asistencia efectiva y en tiempo hábil para nuestros empleados y el equipo de RH.
Esta posición dara soporte para cuestiones y soluciones de problemas de RH como: beneficios, nómina, políticas y procedimientos de RH.
También realizará actividades transaccionales relacionadas con las actividades / servicios ofrecidos por el HR1, como creación de reportes simples, actualización de datos de empleados, inclusión de pagos de servicios de RH y de beneficios.
**¿Que harás?
(Responsabilidades)**
- Asistir a los empleados como punto focal de atención para beneficios, nómina, políticas y procedimientos de RH; respondiendo a correos, llamadas y solucionando las cuestiones a tiempo o escalando los temas, cuando sea necesario.
- Realizar transacciones de back-office para beneficios, nómina de pago y datos de RH, como: reportes, inclusión de pagos, solicitud de servicios para proveedores externos, soporte y entrenamiento de los sistemas de RH.
- Alcanzar y acompañar las metas de desempeño con adherencia a los servicios acordados.
- Participar en proyectos relacionados con la implementación de sistemas, definición de roles y responsabilidades de HR1 global y local
**¿Como llegarás ahí?
**
- Experiência (1-2 años) en beneficios, nómina de pago, recursos humanos en general o en atención al cliente preferentemente
- Preferentemente experiência con atención al cliente o en centros de expertos de RH
- Habilidad para interpretar y comunicar políticas, procedimientos y programas de RH
- Pensamiento crítico y analítico para la solución de problemas; y habilidades de juicio
- Actitud auto orientada y voluntad de aprender
- Tener capacidad de oír y paciencia para trabajar con todos los tipos de empleados.
- Debe poseer energía y la habilidad de organizar y priorizar el volumen de trabajo
- Formados en Contabilidad
- Relaciones interpersonales excelentes con la habilidad de comunicarse bien en un ambiente de trabajo diverso
- Conocimento fuerte en Microsoft Office incluyendo Word, Outlook, Excel, y PowerPoint, experiência usando bases e informes de RRHH
- Inglés avanzado
