Mantener contacto regular con los clientes y retener y proteger el ingreso principal.
Manejar la prestación de servicios, incluyendo al identificación de problemas, y trabajar con el departamento interno para encontrar la solución.
Desarrollar e implementar planes y estrategias de venta para retener e incrementar el ingreso dentro de la base de clientes existentes y también para oportunidades de prospectos clientes dentro de territorios asignados.
Preparar propuestas de soluciones de valor agregado para el cliente.
**¿Cuáles son las funciones?
****:
- Brindar capacitación, apoyo al cliente, y venta cruzada y dirigida con clientes corporativos.
- Mantenimiento de cartera del cliente de productos de EFX, tanto de productos predefinidos como productos de valor agregado.
- Gestionar ventas y relaciones con un grupo reducido de cuentas.
Traer otros recursos de Equifax para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente.
**¿Cuáles son los requisitos?
****:
- Formación universitaria en Administración o Finanzas
- 3 años en ventas y post venta en industria bancaria o afín con clientes corporativos.
- Experiência en la industria financiera o bancaria
