- Full-time, based in Lagunilla, Costa Rica_

**A snapshot of this opportunity**
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the team
- Conduct training of team members to maximize their potential, conduct Weekly Huddle Meetings
- Appropriately respond and resolve internal customers inquiries
- Proactively provide feedback to Travel Consultants to avoid future customer issues
- Monitor, sort, and work global distribution systems (GDS) queues daily to maintain quality control
- Ensure team members are kept up to date with new policies, procedures, and announcements
- Provide real-time monitoring via available tools (Monster-board) and workforce management techniques to maximize resource efficiency and achieve service level goals / business objectives
- Maintain constant communication with Operations teams and advisors to coordinate needed staffing adjustments based on current and forecasted results
- Complete 1QA Monitor per month for each advisor
- Conduct and complete the Onboarding Certification process for New Hires
- Work out a leadership agenda and facilitate meetings whenever is necessary
**How you can set yourself apart**
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in the corporate travel industry
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Advanced skills on travel industry systems, e. GDS Sabre
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
- Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
- Strong problem solving and/or critical thinking skills
- Strong understanding of the client travel policy to appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the internal customers
