Buscamos incorporar a un **Account Manager** - **Google, **quien será el responsable de planificar, organizar, dirigir y controlar todas las actividades de venta de los clientes de su cartera, a fin de garantizar la promoción y distribución de los productos destinados en esa área.
Serás parte de nuestro equipo de Noventiq en Costa Rica.
**Responsabilidades**:

- Mantener contacto con los Clientes actuales y potenciales asignados.
- Buscar nuevos clientes.
Profundizar en diversas áreas del cliente a fin de conocer o sembrar necesidades, de acuerdo a nuestros servicios.
- Efectuar las cotizaciones o propuestas a los clientes.
- Coordinar con las diferentes áreas para poder ofrecer una respuesta oportuna y veraz a los clientes
- Mantener actualizada la base de datos de Clientes, con la información de los Clientes, actuales, potenciales, retirados, etc.
- Estar constantemente actualizado de las políticas de venta, de crédito, de cobranza, así como las normas y procedimientos que se implanten en la Empresa, para estandarizar los servicios a Clientes, verificando que las mismas se cumplan.
- Mantenerse actualizado e informado de los productos, servicios, precios, alcances, etc, que ofrecen Softline y otras Empresas del Grupo, así como Empresas de la competencia, a los Clientes\Empresas, a fin de planear una mejor gestión ante los mismos e implementar labores más efectivas.
- Mantenerse informado de las innovaciones, productos recientes, técnicas de ventas y toda la metodología aplicada al trabajo que se incorpore al mercado, así como de las condiciones de negociación y control que se aprueben en la Gerencia de Ventas, a fin de llevar a cabo actividades de calidad dentro de la misma.
- Asistir a reuniones comerciales con los proveedores así como a los entrenamientos de ventas que los mismos ofrecen, ya sean presenciales o vía web.
**Requerimientos**:

- Experiência de 3 años como mínimo en la comercialización de soluciones de TI.
- Experiência deseable en la venta de soluciones en la nube de Google (IaaS / PaaS / SaaS).
- Habilidad en gestión y estrategia de ventas de soluciones, manejo de herramientas de ofimática, y CRM.
- Orientación al cliente y al trabajo por objetivos demostrando alta capacidad para la generación de propuestas de innovación y transformación.
- Experiência en Mercado Corporativo.
- Deseable con cartera de clientes y contactos en empresas e instituciones del mercado local (público).
