This role requires deep knowledge of GTM and a consistent track record in setting up and leading GTM for a range of B2B organizations.
We are looking for a hands-on configuration and administration player that wants to dig in and drive tools and processes across the entire digital ecosystem.
This role will support daily system utilization and stability, including developing governance protocols, continually improving user experience and functionality and aiding users with reporting and system/process optimization.We are looking for a person who loves data, thrives on system integrations and optimization and thinks critically when it comes to continually improving digital tracking.
You will work closely with teams across the enterprise, ranging from Go-To-Marketing sales and marketing teams to IT and operations teams.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and responsibilities shift with the business.
Splunk is a fast-growing company with a passion for building the best technology and having fun along the way.What you'll get to doAs a Google Tag Manager Expert on the Marketing Operations Team, you will have the opportunity to drive a wide range of initiatives:Setup, manage, and troubleshoot Google Tag ManagerImplement tracking tags using GTM for various digital platformsConduct regular checks and audits to ensure optimal GTM performanceProvide regular updates and reports on GTM performanceEnsure that all GTM activities comply with data privacy regulationsDevelop new solutions for complex tracking and tagging requirements based on changing business needsConducts Quality assurance of the implemented solutionsEnsure pixel and tag changes are implemented accurately and efficiently.Conduct thorough testing to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementations or releases.Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.Communicate effectively with partners about releases, updates, and changes in theMust-have QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in Google Tag Manager: setting up, managing, and troubleshooting (including using custom Javascript)At least 3 years of experience in Google Analytics, including some hands-on experience with GA4Proven experience in implementing tracking tags using GTMDeep understanding of digital marketing, web analytics, and data privacy regulationsHighly skilled at time-management, is detail oriented and has high standards for project delivery.Self-starter with a passion and curiosity for solving unstructured data problems and ability to manipulate and optimize large data sets.Process orientated, highly organized, excels at multitasking, strong documentation, coordination and project management skillsStrong communication and problem solving skills and an ability to convey technical concepts to less technical team membersConfidence to offer consultation to business partners and team members within Sales, Partner, Marketing Operations.A familiarity working with AGILE/SCRUM process management.B.A.
