Registra, guarda y analiza información financiera y salarial en formato digital.
Prepara, mantiene, audita y distribuye tablas y informes estadísticos, financieros, contables, de auditoría o salariales.
Mantén actualizados, crea, asegura y archiva expedientes y archivos salariales de empleados.
Revisa, verifica y concilia perforaciones de tarjetas, horas trabajadas, ajustes salariales y otros datos relacionados con pagos; ingresa la información en registros designados.
Hace copias de seguridad de archivos de transacción y transmite al sistema de nómina según procedimientos de la empresa.
Procesa y/o emite cheques de sueldo de empleados y estados de ingresos y deducciones.
Computa salarios y deducciones de empleados (por ejemplo, aportes sindicales, seguro, estacionamiento, plan 401k) e ingresa en el sistema de nómina.
Presta información a empleados y gerentes o supervisores sobre temas relacionados con nómina, impuestos, planes de beneficios y disposiciones de negociaciones y acuerdos colectivos.
Completa ajustes grupales en la nómina.
Ajusta la configuración básica del sistema de reloj registrador (por ejemplo, horario de empleados, restricciones del reloj registrador) y corrige perforaciones de tarjetas.
