- ** Develop upstream and downstream capabilities in the Revenue Growth Management (RGM)/Integrated Execution space to drive profitable decisions, through strategy, processes, tools, standard **metrics** and analytics.

- ** U**nderstand** **current Shopper situation** and P&P offering, potential shopper out of pocket issues while bringing together multiple RGM concepts and capabilities to then define the strategic RGM direction for the territories under scope.
- ** Orchestrate a smooth collaboration **in** the system** and stakeholder management** cross-functional teams (Categories, RGM, Operations) to drive the growth revenue across regions to grow the categories, increase our market share, basket size, incidence, and drive OBPPC strategy to deliver top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Alignment with RGM, Categories, Operations and Technical teams on **the OBPPC architecture for different channels** to assure implementation in each country/region.
