Especialista en la creación de relaciones duraderas con cuentas estratégicas, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y el crecimiento sostenible de la organización mediante estrategias comerciales innovadoras y personalizadas.
En este rol, será responsable de diseñar e implementar planes que impulsen el crecimiento de ingresos a través de la fidelización de cuentas clave y la captación de nuevos clientes.
Responsabilidades:
Gestiona la administración y expansión de cuentas clave, desarrollando relaciones a corto y largo plazo, asegurando un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente mediante una comunicación constante y el cumplimiento de acuerdos y tiempos de entrega.
Diseña e implementar estrategias comerciales de ventas y negociación, logrando incrementar la fidelidad de los clientes y el volumen de ventas en distintos sectores.
Realiza venta cruzada y expansión regional de servicios especializados, adaptando las soluciones según las necesidades específicas de cada mercado.
Representa a la empresa en eventos nacionales e internacionales, desarrollando relaciones con clientes y prospectos estratégicos para asegurar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Realiza investigaciones de productos, servicios y competencia, optimizando el proceso de desarrollo de clientes mediante información de mercado actualizada, con el fin de maximizar la rentabilidad anual del área comercial.
Principales Competencias:
Enfoque Basado en Capacidad para crear y ejecutar planes de ventas y crecimiento de la cartera enfocados en resultados medibles.
Atención al Cliente y Éxito del Cliente: Fuerte orientación a la satisfacción del cliente, asegurando el cumplimiento de altos estándares de servicio.
Manejo de CRM y Tecnologías de Ventas: Competencia en el uso de software CRM (Hubspot y/o Salesforce) para la gestión de cuentas y optimización de procesos de venta.
Networking Empresarial: Capacidad para construir redes de contacto a nivel corporativo que apoyen la expansión de la empresa.
Requisitos:
• Experiencia comprobada en ventas de la industria de servicio (obligatorio)
• Experiencia en ventas B2B.
• Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo comercial, ventas y gestión de cuentas estratégicas.
• Estudios en Administración de Empresas con énfasis en Recursos Humanos, Mercadeo/Marketing o Gestión Estratégica de Negocios.
• Estudios en Gestión Estratégica de los Negocios (deseable).
• Dominio avanzado de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
• Experiencia comprobada en negociación contractual, mercadeo y promoción de ventas grupales en mercados nacionales e internacionales.
