Overview:
Elev8 is looking for a Country Marketing Manager with the proven experience necessary for developing and successfully executing the marketing plan for elev8 in Costa Rica, generating a steady stream of MQLs to pass on to the sales team.
Working closely with the global elev8 marketing team and the Costa Rican sales team, you will be responsible for localizing global marketing strategies as well as developing country-specific marketing campaigns in line with our growth strategy.
The role will operate within the Marketing and Communications unit under the Global Head of Marketing, elev8, and will be based in Costa Rica.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, execute, and manage campaigns designed to generate leads and pipeline for elev8 products in Costa Rica
- Utilize targeting, customer segmentation, and buyer's journey to architect innovative multi-channel engagement programs
- Coordinate internal reviews of content and materials, ensuring all feedback is incorporated and materials are finalized and delivered on time
- Monitor and evaluate the competitive environment and trends to ensure plans and activity are relevant to the market and the needs of the business
- Measure and report on impact of marketing campaigns and social media

Qualifications:

- Marketing, Communication degree or similar professional experience
- Creative, passionate mindset with drive to foster innovation in marketing and communications
- Strong knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and ecosystem.
Experience in marketing automation and business analytics tools and metrics to measure ROI and drive success
- Proven record of integrating storytelling into marketing strategies
- Strong project management skills with experience managing geographically distributed stakeholders
- Experience with Dynamics CRM, HubSpot and WordPress is preferred
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken
