Position Purpose: Leads analytical efforts related to the purchase order lifecycle. Provides analytics, data, and insight through structured and ad hoc reporting. Monitors and develops metrics related to the purchase order lifecycle. Supports team in process improvement, projects, and coordination of reoccurring and ad hoc efforts. Proactively communicates effectively with counterparts inside and outside the company. May own a business category, updating Purchase Orders/Outline Agreements in SAP.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leads structured and ad hoc analysis related to purchase orders, including vendor and logistics performance.
- Develops, monitors, and effectively reports out on key metrics related to the purchase order lifecycle.
- Participates and/or leads efforts in department and company initiatives, impacting a broad group of stakeholders.
- Understands assortment, inventory position and key Supply Chain metrics to make decisions to support other roles.
- May own a business category, updating Purchase Orders/Outline Agreements in SAP based on the information provided by Vendors, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or any other counterpart inside/outside the company.
- Provides support and coverage to Inventory Services Specialists.
- Understands SAP, Blue Yonder and other system connections. May be a Super User.
- Drives and owns process review, initiatives, continuous improvement and prioritizes with leader continuous improvements efforts.
- SME or developer of new reports.
Skills and Qualifications:
- English level: Advance oral and written (C1 or above).
- Education level: Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related.
- Min years of experience: 2 years.
- Systems:
- O365 suite emphasis on Microsoft Excel, macros/VBA
- SAP or experience with similar systems
- Analytical
