Position Purpose: Maintains system up to date with the most accurate data available for multiple channels, understanding impacts to service levels, receipts, customer services among others. Executes daily and weekly processes for the whole team or a specific division, leveraging system’s knowledge. Communicates effectively with counterparts inside and outside the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Update Purchase Orders/Outline Agreements in SAP based on the information provided by Vendors, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or any other counterpart inside/outside the company.
- Creates RTV/Recon/Subcontracting PO’s and communicates to counterparts.
- Understands SAP, Blue Yonder and other system connections.
- Knows reports and data sources that support the function.
- Provides information/support to peers in tasks related to training, tracking, metrics, analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Provides analysis into purchase order lifecycle for assigned business categories.
- Executes daily and weekly processes, and ad hoc requests.
- Understands assortment, inventory position, among others to support other roles in decision making.
- Follow timelines, process, and best practices.
- May participate in IM projects/workshops and ISS specific projects.

English level: Advance oral and written (C1 or above).

Education level: Graduate or finishing degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related.
