**Your Role and Responsibilities**

As a Contract Support within the Quote to Cash (Q2C) organization, you will work with the Account team and Market Finance Team to help manage and report the contract and financials of accounts that we have with various clients. Some of the duties consist of:

- Facilitate the management and financial contract activities
- Perform and support advance customer services activites, including (but not limited) problem investigation, resolution, and client engagement;
Support audits and business controls;
- Development and analysis of the forecast, budget, actuals, and business metrics
- Facilitate Agile squad ceremonies, mural updates, metrics, and showcase
