**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Facilitate the management of the contract activities in order to achieve contract performance targets
- Manage contract changes (review and draft the updates)
- Identify / manage risks and issues
- Invoicing
- Audit management; responsible for proactive reviews, documentation and approvals for the contract

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
