**FUNCTION**: Commercial Finance

**LOCATION**:Costa Rica

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

We are looking for a Lead Finance Manager who will bring innovation, creativity, and a good attitude to our team. This position is a highly visible, integral part of the Finance team that offers tremendous growth opportunity. This Lead Finance Manager role will business partner with a cross-functional team to provide beneficial support in driving the growth of our portfolio.

**Reports to**:Senior Manager Commercial Finance

**Geographic Scope**:United States

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Support/lead the development of financial modeling and provide scenario analyses to drive commercial business decisions. Must be able to operate effectively under pressure and in ambiguous environment.
- Participate in the monthly forecasting and closing processes. Identify standard methodologies and standardize where possible.
- Build and sustain strong business partnering relationships across the Revenue Growth Management, Operations and Trade functions
- Lead trade analytics to improve the return on trade investments and develop recommendations for trade optimization.
- Prepare the monthly strategic account profitability, review total customer investment. Supports annual and ongoing planning process for customer specific programs.
- Develop and present analytics to the organization that highlights business risks and opportunities. Accountable for team routines measuring key topline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - volume, price/mix, revenue drivers.
- Develop robust reporting package and critical metrics to support the on-going management of our business.
- Contribute to Monthly Brand Review by developing valuable financial insights. Responsible for performance and documentation of various internal controls.
- Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous department/ improvement in execution. Assist/lead special projects as needed.

- Are you passionate about Finance?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis (FP&A), or related area
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ / C1)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area.
- High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, SAP and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of finance / analytics. Capacity for innovation.
- Ability to think strategically, with strong influencing and leadership skills, must demonstrate financial responsibility and reliability.
- Ability to make quick decisions, use good judgment, and ask relevant questions.
- Demonstrate commercial competence.

**BENEFICIAL**
- CPA, MBA, or Master of Accounting is a plus.
