**ROLE SUMMARY**

**What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?**

The Senior Finance Manager (G35) will bring innovation, creativity, and a good attitude to our team. This position is a highly visible, integral part of the Traditional Categories Commercial Finance. Strong analytical skills are required in this role to bring insights on the Traditional Categories trade programs and brands and inform business decisions. This role is a key point of contact for discounting programs and forecasting and reporting queries in BE. Additionally, business partnering skills are needed to influence business decisions in relevant forums. This role must ensure strong relationships within the finance function and cross-functional networking to develop effective and integrated insights.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Develop and sustain strong business partnering relationships across Finance, MI&I, IDT, and Trade functions
- Responsible for oversight and management of relationship with GBS and third-party service providers related to payment programs and Call Center activities related to our Trade programs
- Responsible for oversight and management of the control environment including SOX management & performance, documentation, and design around all controls related to our Trade based programs
- Holistic support of development, prioritization, and execution with IDT to support strategic RGM initiatives
- Support cross functional teams in setting strategy and execution plans for our Trade based retail and wholesale processes
- Develop robust analytics and reporting for the organization’s scan program payments
- Provide retailer and internal trade support payment resolution and assistance validation and reconciliation proceses
- Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous department improvement
- Support Business Continuity plans related to our Trade payment programs
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Must be able to operate effectively under pressure and in ambiguous environment.
- Strong business partnering relationships across the Traditional Categories (Revenue Capture & Resource Allocation)
- Thoughtfully lead the BE activities in Traditional Categories and KPIs

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**ESSENTIAL**

**Experience Required**
- At least +7 years of finance or accounting services experience
- Must have proven ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- Strong knowledge of finance / analytics
- Demonstrate commercial acumen
- Ability to perform under pressure and navigate through ambiguity
- Capacity for innovation
- Ability to think strategically, with strong influencing and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High sense of urgency, work ethic, and must be flexible
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision; must be a self-starter
- Must demonstrate financial responsibility and reliability
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to challenge the status quo as necessary
- Understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems (i.e. SAP / BPCe/Sales Force).
- Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, pro-active, collaborative, and consultative.

**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- Preferred Education: CPA, MBA, or MAC
- English (Advance - C1)
- Excel (Proficient)
- Power Point (Proficient)
