**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Business Advisor: Part of operations organization supporting Global Strategic Alliance leadership team. Role will support Global Strategic alliance leader, supporting Kyndryl and alliance management system. Leverage systems and data to provide meaningful insights to leadership which drive actions to achieve plans. This is a startup business area requiring non-traditional ways to measure of business performance.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Background in at least 2 of these areas: project mgmt, finance, solution design, GTS business operations.
Understand CRM processes, including understanding pipeline reporting and analysis. Understanding of business contract processes/delivery processes helpful.
Able to work independently. Identify business issues in environment that is changing frequently; prioritize & resolve based on business requirements.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
Intermediate xls skills, basic ppt skills. Cognos helpful but not required.
