**Resumen de roles**

Los ingenieros de TI de campo proporcionan una variedad de costuras de soporte de tecnología de la información que incluyen, entre otras, connectivy,soporte
de hardware / software y resolución general de incidentes y solicitudes de servicio del Campo I. El rol también proporciona soporte y entrega de proyectos e intenciones de
Enterprise y Business Unit.

**Responsabilidades y expectativas básicas**

+ Realizar la instalación de hardware y proporcionar soporte continuo (por ejemplo, PC, tabletas, dispositivo maby, pinos, dispositivos especializados)

+ Proporcionar soporte softwar yiocal infraestructura sence suppart (c.g, serve, network y VOIP)

+ Sangría Jssist y captura de la demanda de Enterprise y BUprojct (cg, planificado y planificado)

+ Proporcionar Tech Hut seices neón

+ Beaute PC lfccyce gestión y realizar tareas de gestión de activos a requerido por Corporate I

+ Proporcionar manos inteligentes en el sitio c.g, supportandlsson con cámaras de soporte IC intemal de la parte rd)

+ Administración de Beaitelocalmabile

+ Soporte de solicitudes de gestión de identidad y acceso (zg, aprovisionamiento, supervisión electrónica, validación de acceso, recurso compartido de red
de autverticación, un disparo de rublos)

+ Cumplimiento de la seguridad de SuppartlocalT.g, configuración de la sala de comunicaciones, martenance,

+ Equipos de cumplimiento fosist con tareas de auditoría

+ Proporcionar apoyo de oficina satelital y delirar para feist, cuando sea necesario

+ Suportvendormanagementsegún sea necesario

+ Adquisición de SupportT según sea necesario
