**About the Position:**
Socio Techtool is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Team Lead to join our team in San Jose. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our products and monitoring/supervising a small group of IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal business needs.
- Articulate case summaries, resolutions, and add to Knowledge Management System (KMS).
- Monitor and supervise small group of IT professionals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Expertise in one or more specialized areas of IT Linux Administration, Microsoft Windows.
- Basic Knowledge on Programming (On any or all of the following languages: PHP, Perl).
- Basic Knowledge on MySQL Queries.
- Basic Knowledge on KPI Solutions (Power BI, Metabase or others).
- Basic Knowledge with Arduinos MEGA - NANO.
- Knowledge on CCTV cameras configurations.
- Advanced Troubleshooting skills in a multi-user high pressure environment.
- Experience with Data Cabling / Computer Facilities maintenance.
- Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (in person and via phone/radio) with peers, management, contractors and vendors.
- Professional working fluency in English and Spanish.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified Advanced Linux systems administration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or IT related field.
- Mikrotik Knowledge.
- Soft Skills Knowlege (Personal Management Experience).
- Project Management Skills.
- Proactive Person.
