**Job Description**:
As Sales Incentive Analyst for the Americas Enterprise Customer Operations organization, you will play a key role for the calculation and paying variable incentive for all SIP eligible participants across LATAM. In this role you will become a fundamental part of the growth of the businesses that make up 3M, directly supporting the measurement of compliance with the growth objectives of our sales force, providing direct advice to both the participants and the management team.

The impact you will make in this role
- Implementing and administering sales incentive plans aligned to 3M Marketing and Sales Professional business strategies.
- Processing payments and providing supporting documentation and reports.
- Developing proactive approaches to identify compensation challenges within the sales and account management teams and develop solutions.
- Assisting in daily decision-making support in response to ad-hoc requests from the business

Your Skills and Expertise
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Customer service and quality-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical competencies and aptitude for data analysis.
- Process oriented and Continuous improvement mindset.
- Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Basic qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited learning institution.
- At least 5 years of experience related to Sales Incentive, Customer Incentive, Pricing or similar roles
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, and Formulas
- Advance level of Portuguese is required.
- Advance level of English is required.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Experience using Salesforce.
- Power BI capabilities
- Comfort with navigating complex data structures
- Strong business acumen
- Functional knowledge of SAP, BPCS and VICS
