- As a Pricing Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Maintain Deviated and Standard Pricing process
- Deviated/ Standard Pricing maintenance
- Compile, Organize, and Reconcile Data between multiple systems using Excel, SAP, Sales Force and SharePoint.
- Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.
- Document and maintain clear procedures and flowcharts.
- Makes suggestions for problem solutions or enhancements.
- Provide accurate and timely status of work progress.
- Helping to resolve pricing-related Processes.
- Report execution and communications with Customer Service, Sales, and Marketers.
- Your Skills and Expertise
- Demonstrated problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests
- Flexible and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Technical degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum of 1 year combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service
- Experience with Excel skills including familiarity with VLOOKUP, macros, and pivot tables.
- Fluent in English (B2+) / Portuguese (B2+) (written / verbal)
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build conditional formulas, VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, create macros and manage large data sets
- Experience with Power BI, Access, Salesforce, and other tools.
