Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) **Customer Service Assistant - Data Management** para Costa Rica.
**OBJETIVO PRINCIPAL DEL PUESTO**:
El _Analista Servicio al cliente Master Data_ es responsable de mantener y gestionar la calidad, integridad y consistencia de los datos maestros dentro del departamento de Order Management. Estos datos maestros pueden incluir información crítica sobre clientes, productos, y otros elementos clave para la gestión oportuna de pedidos de los clientes.
**RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES**:
- **Creación y actualización de registros maestros**: El analista es responsable de ingresar y mantener la información precisa y actualizada en los sistemas.
- ** Garantizar la calidad de los datos**: Verificar la exactitud y coherencia de los datos.
- ** Normalización y estandarización**:Asegurarse de que los datos maestros sigan una estructura uniforme y se adhieran a las normas y estándares establecidos.
- ** Reservas de Inventario para Clientes Estratégicos en SAP**:
Asegurar la carga de reservas de inventario para clientes estratégicos en SAP.
- ** Ajustes y Parametrización en Sistema**:Solicitar a Master Data GBS los ajustes necesarios en la información según sea necesario. Mantener actualizada la parametrización de la información en sistema Las 3.0 para los países de NLAO.
- ** Gestión de Novedades, Rechazos y Devoluciones**:Atender y gestionar las novedades, rechazos y devoluciones en los diversos sistemas de comunicación de la empresa. Cargar en sistema las cuotas de inventario correspondientes.
- ** Actualización de documentación y procedimientos**: Mantener la documentación y los procedimientos relacionados con la gestión de datos maestros actualizados y accesibles para el equipo y otros usuarios.
- ** Colaboración con equipos internos**: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos, para garantizar que los datos maestros sean precisos.
- ** Mantenimiento y limpieza de datos**:Realizar regularmente tareas de limpieza y depuración de datos, eliminar duplicados, registros obsoletos o información no válida.
- ** Mejora continua**: Identificar oportunidades para optimizar los procesos y flujos de trabajo relacionados con la gestión de datos maestros, proponiendo mejoras y participando en proyectos de mejora.**Gestión de Portafolio en SAP**: Actualizar el portafolio en sistema SAP. Cargar las sustituciones y transiciones de SKU en sistema.
**REQUERIMIENTOS**:
- Bachillerato en Ingeniería Industrial o administración de Empresas, o carrera afín.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en empresas de consumo masivo, o áreas de supply chain.
- Inglés B1.
