**Ingeniero de Producto**:

- Experience Level: Individual Contributor- Job Type: Full-Time- Location: Costa Rica - Heredia, CR- Requisition ID: 5702**Nature of the position**:
As technical manager of different models, you must provide production support in all problems and / or queries that may arise during the manufacturing process. In addition to conducting studies and coordinating with other departments in order to improve yield and cycle time.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
Monitor, analyze and detect any present or potential problem that is affecting or that could affect the yield and / or cycle time.
As well as coordinating with design, process and quality engineering corrective and preventive measures that ensure quality, as well as the profitability of the product.
Guarantee the quality of the electrical test while maintaining perfect control over the status of the test fixtures, cables and the collection of SPC data information. This control includes the establishment of verification, correlation and maintenance programs, as well as guaranteeing that under no circumstances will a non-conforming test fixture be used to carry out the electrical test.
Active participation in the SPC group, either coordinating, suggesting, carrying out or formulating new criteria or solutions so that the product always remains within the established quality standards.
Constant supervision of the models under his charge from the beginning to the end of the manufacturing process, ensuring that the final result is as expected in terms of compliance with specifications.
Perform electrical tests on units that have failed the AOQL test.
In case of finding a leak from a failure by the test system, it must look for the root cause as well as propose measures and mechanisms to prevent this situation in the future.
Coordinate everything related to pilot batches, taking special care to communicate with sufficient clarity the instructions to be followed and the special care to be taken.
Be available and provide immediate support for any questions or queries that may arise at any stage of the process.
Carry out tests, experiments or temporary changes required by design engineering in order to evaluate the impact that certain variables could affect the specifications or response of the product.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety procedures in your workplace.

**Quilifications**:

- University Bachelor in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Engineer.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to solve problems and manage time.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and deadline-focused.
- Intermediate / advanced knowledge of the English language (verbally and in writing).
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
