Objetivo Con dirección de supervisión general, ayude a los ingenieros/equipos de fabricación en el desarrollo de productos, procesos y equipos. Responsabilidades - Demuestra un compromiso con la seguridad del paciente y la calidad del producto - Brinda soporte de piso para nuevas construcciones de productos (p. ej., soluciona problemas de equipos y problemas de ingeniería de fabricación) - Recopila datos y realiza análisis estadísticos básicos para la caracterización de procesos, Cpk y objetivos de reducción de desechos. - Coordina las construcciones de cambio de proceso (VIP, revalidación), incluida la adquisición de los componentes necesarios y garantiza que se siga la documentación adecuada. - Admite el desarrollo de equipos/accesorios desde simples ayudas de producción hasta la automatización completa. - Ejecuta y documenta las calificaciones de los equipos (planes, construcciones e informes). - Ayuda a escribir nuevos procesos detallados e implementar cambios a la documentación existente. - Realiza construcciones de caracterización de procesos/DOE en la línea de producción. - Interfaces con otros departamentos para obtener/entregar materiales e información. - Genera nuevas ideas para la mejora de procesos. - Capacita a capacitadores/operadores/técnicos de producción en nuevos procesos.
Lo que estamos buscando: Titulación Técnica: electromecánica, electrónica, Presicion o Mecánica o afines Bachillerato de secundaria completo. Nível de inglés requerido: 50-60% Experiência mínima de 4 años en puesto similar.
