Sobre el puesto:
Brindar apoyo al departamento de Calidad en las Áreas de Quejas, Recepción, Liberación de Calidad y Aseguramiento de la Calidad.

Sus responsabilidades incluyen:
Realizar pruebas asociadas con las pruebas de productos.

Participar y seguir instrucciones con respecto al análisis estadístico básico.

Asistir a los ingenieros en el análisis de fallas y actividades CAPA.

Participar en proyectos de mejora continua.

Asistir con problemas de calidad y actividades relacionadas con métricas de calidad.

Ayudar con el análisis de fallas del producto.

Realice pruebas, recopile datos y analice los resultados de las pruebas de productos y la supervisión de procesos.

Ayudar con las actividades relacionadas con la auditoría.

Asistir en la creación, validación y mantenimiento de archivos y formularios de datos.

Utilice sistemas de documentación para buscar información y generar solicitudes de cambio.

Asistir en el desarrollo y calificación de métodos de prueba, hojas de datos, accesorios de prueba y equipos de prueba.

Asistir en la investigación y disposición de materiales, diseños y/o sistemas no conformes.

Revise los registros del historial del dispositivo (DHR) y los registros de aceptación para asegurarse de que todas las actividades en el Registro maestro del dispositivo (DMR) se hayan realizado y aprobado.

Actualice las bases de datos y las hojas de cálculo utilizadas para rastrear, monitorear e informar las actividades del departamento.

Puede ejecutar responsabilidades adicionales relacionadas con el Proyecto STAR COY1015 de QA Cross Training.

Requisitos indispensables:
1. Bachillerato de secundaria completo.

2. Técnico de calidad.

3. Nível de inglés deseado: 50-60%.

4. Conocimientos deseados: Microsoft Office básico.

5. Disponibilidad para laborar en Heredia TB.
