**Responsabilidades y requerimientos**:

- Mínimo1 año de experiência en procesos de validación de acuerdo a la norma ISO 13485 es requerido.
- Experiência como técnico de set up de procesos de grinding es deseable.
- Experiência como técnico de set up de proceso de moldeo es deseable.
- Experiência como técnico de equipos de laser es deseable.
- Experiência en modificación de instrucciones de trabajo.
- Experiência en solución de problemas.
- Disposición para desafiar los procesos actuales e identificar áreas clave de mejora.
- Habilidad de demostrar comunicación verbal y escrita efectivas.
- Eficacia en la realización de planes de proyecto que se cumplen con el tiempo y cronogramas establecidos.
- Capacidad para obtener y aplicar conocimientos fundamentales sobre los controles actuales y nuevos del proceso de fabricación.
- Capacidad en la resolución de problemas y de solución de problemas del proceso.
- Capacidad de aplicar un buen juicio a todos los esfuerzos.
- Habilidades para la implementación de nuevos equipos de manera oportuna.
- Capacidad de mantener áreas de trabajo limpias y organizadas.
- Capacidad de interactuar de manera efectiva con el equipo técnico

Educación y Experiência
- Título de bachiller de secundaria aprobado mínimo.
- Título de técnico electrónica industrial, mantenimiento industrial, mecánico de precisión o electromecánico que le certifique como técnico competente, otorgado por una institución reconocida, es deseable o carrera avanzada.
- Estudiante de ingeniera, mecánica,química, electrónica, electromecánica o industrial es deseable.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência, como técnico de ingeniería o mantenimiento es requerido.
- Capacitación técnica de fabricantes de equipos aplicables
- Manejo del idioma inglés es deseable.
