**Descripción del Puesto**:
Buscamos un Ingeniero de Soporte y Administración altamente cualificado para unirse a nuestro equipo y brindar soporte especializado en Microsoft Intune y SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager). Este rol requiere un profundo conocimiento de la infraestructura de TI, políticas de seguridad, gestión de dispositivos y aplicaciones, así como habilidades avanzadas en la configuración, implementación, gestión y documentación de sistemas complejos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Implementar y configurar servicios de Microsoft Intune para gestionar dispositivos finales, incluyendo computadoras, dispositivos móviles y aplicaciones.
- Supervisar y gestionar las operaciones de SCCM/Intune para garantizar un funcionamiento eficiente de la infraestructura.
- Gestionar todas las tareas y actividades relacionadas con la configuración y gestión de la infraestructura de TI.
- Desarrollar imágenes de sistema operativo personalizadas para implementaciones específicas.
- Coordinar la distribución de software, incluidas las actualizaciones de seguridad y el software estándar de escritorio a nível global.
- Priorizar y coordinar horarios de pruebas y distribuciones de parches de seguridad y software.
- Crear paquetes, colecciones y anuncios para distribuciones de software.
- Generar informes y paneles personalizados para la planificación de los requisitos de hardware y software corporativo.
- Colaborar con el equipo de seguridad corporativa para identificar y remediar áreas de riesgo en las estaciones de trabajo.
- Proporcionar soporte de tercer nível para la infraestructura de SCCM y el software de escritorio estándar.
- Reunirse con clientes internos para evaluar necesidades y definir el alcance de los proyectos de software.
- Investigar y resolver problemas con el Cliente de Configuration Manager en puntos finales.
- Administrar el conjunto de herramientas de SCCM en el backend para mantener el sistema en funcionamiento y saludable.
- Gestionar y administrar la salud del cliente de SCCM, incluido el proceso de mantener a los clientes saludables.
- Crear y gestionar políticas para la gestión de dispositivos y aplicaciones, incluidas políticas de seguridad y cumplimiento.
- Brindar asistencia con la inscripción de dispositivos en Intune y la gestión de la inscripción.
- Mantener la documentación para configuraciones de Intune, políticas y procedimientos de solución de problemas.
- Colaborar estrechamente con otros equipos de TI para garantizar la integración sin problemas de Intune con otros sistemas y procesos.
- Proporcionar formación y soporte a usuarios finales y personal de TI sobre características y mejores prácticas de Intune.

**Requisitos**:

- Título universitario en Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Sistemas o campo relacionado.
- Experiência demostrada en el soporte y administración de Microsoft Intune y SCCM en entornos empresariales.
- Conocimiento profundo de infraestructura de TI, políticas de seguridad, gestión de dispositivos y aplicaciones.
- Habilidades avanzadas en la configuración, implementación, gestión y documentación de sistemas complejos.
- Capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con diferentes equipos de TI y para brindar formación y soporte a usuarios finales y personal de TI.
- Certificaciones relevantes, como MCSA, MCSE o similares, serán valoradas.
- Inglés avanzado

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
- CompTIA Security.
- ITIL Foundation.
- Certificaciones específicas de SCCM e Intune.
